2018 Conference Each year 600+ minority architects, urban designers, community activists and design students from across the country come together in fellowship and support for the annual NOMA conference. This year the 46th annual NOMA Conference, NOMA UNBOUNDED – The Convergence of a Legacy, will be held in Chicago, IL. at the historic Palmer House Hotel, October 17th – 20th. I-NOMA welcomes all of our beloved NOMA family and friends to expand, explore and enjoy our beautiful city for the 46th Annual NOMA Conference in Chicago!

NOMA Members have made headlines across the country and around the globe for decades. Not
only is it impossible these days to keep the existence of non-majority achievers invisible
their stories are hard to avoid unless your field of view is exceedingly narrow.

NOMA continues to encourage the telling of these stories to bring awareness, spread encouragement and highlight the community of individuals that at are erasing the status quo.
